Please Note:
Unfortunately children with open wounds cannot be painted for health and contamination reasons. Also children with dry skin conditions will not be painted, as face paints could cause itchiness and irritate dry skin. However any children who cannot be painted will be given an extra nice balloon model which will make them the envy of their friends.
